Created from a solid slab of oak, the colour now well patinated with age.
The English 16th Century ‘Romayne Portrait’ is adorned by a circle of intricate wreath with delicate bud and leaf spandrels in the corners. The wreaths dainty design complements the strong presence of the head and shoulders clothed bust, creating a harmonious and visually captivating composition.
