A fabulous collection of nine apothecary bottles c.1840-1860.
All having original Latin labels: seven are hand-painted and two printed.
All of the bottles have their original glass stoppers. Seven are hand-blown with polished pontil marks on base.
This set would look wonderful in a cabinet of curiosities as a ready made collection.
Please note: chip to neck of “COCCUS CACTI”, one stopper chipped inside but not visible.
