A rare and huge-scale York Stone feeding trough c.1840.

Hand-cut from a single slab of York stone, to be used on a Yorkshire Farm from where it sat until the day we purchased it.

Almost 200 years later, it would look wonderful repurposed as a planter or even better as a water feature or fountain in a very contemporary space (The trough has its original small carved hole allowing for a concealed water pipe to be installed).
