An extremely rare set of six Scottish terracotta urns c.1880 from the Crowe Hall, Bath private collection.

It was an absolute pleasure to find a run of six terracotta urns while exploring the terraces of Crowe Hall. As we all know, finding a pair is difficult, so to find a set of six to adorn your garden is quite unique and very exciting!

With beautiful patina and wear, the odd nibble and knock - these gems will add a punctuation of colour and symmetry to your scheme.

The elegantly formed terracotta urns have references to Bacchus, the God of Wine, with bunches of grapes and vine leaves ornamenting their rims and fluted socles.

Provenance direct from the Crowe Hall, Bath private collection. See final image for urns in situ. Size per urn.
